it felt like walking into a scene of a movie or a romance novel. The strong yet gentle sound of the bubbling brook flowing through the property, complete with its own private bridge, creates a peaceful, almost spa-like ambiance and the mountains rise so close, it feels as though you could reach out and touch them. As we stood there we could already picture our own family gathering, laughing and creating special memories, but we quickly realized that this gem of a place was too special to keep to ourselves and that..

  • We supply soaps and shampoo for our guests to use during their stay. A blowdryer is also available.

  • The fully stocked kitchen includes cooking basics, a microwave, dishwasher, all the utensils and plates you will need.

  • The high-efficiency gas fireplace creates a cozy ambiance in the cabin and is very user-friendly.

  • We have a mountain bike, paddle board, canoe and life jackets available for rent for our guests. Please inquire upon booking.

  • We loved this place. Extended our stay from 2 to 4 nights.. would have stayed more if it had been available longer. Peaceful and quiet. Unreal backyard. Fully equipped house, we didn't want for anything. Comfortable beds and furniture. Perfect for young children. Lots to keep them entertained. Beautiful lake to swim at within a 5 minute drive. Othello tunnels are nearby. Hope has all the things you could need. This is a place we will come back to again and again.

  • This is a stunning, clean and beautifully decorated home, in a quiet neighbourhood close to everything in Hope. The large zen-like backyard is absolutely gorgeous. An actual stream runs through the yard and is surrounded by the most incredible landscaping and spectacular mountain views. We would have slept out there if we could! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and quiet and this host has taken the time to label everything, so there's no time wasted searching through cupboards or finding light switches, etc. communication with Nicola was seamless. We would most definitely visit again!
